What are the recommended devices to use?

We highly recommend Amazon FireTV Stick4k and iOS devices, however our service works on all the following:
Amazon Devices:  FireTV / FireTvStick4k / Fire Cube
iOS Devices:  iPhone / iPad / AppleTV
Android Devices:  Mobile / Tablet / TV / Box
PC: Laptop / PC / MacBook / Web-interface 

 

Do you offer a free trial?

Sorry, we do not offer free trials, however we do have a 7-day money back policy. If you cancel within 7 days of purchasing your monthly subscription, then you will receive a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

 

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis to avoid any service disruptions.

 

Can I use a VPN?

If you service is working fine, then a VPN is not necessary for using our service. A VPN might even cause buffering or other related issues.
 

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, you may use your subscription on up to 5 devices related issues.

 

Does my subscription start to be active right after I make a payment?

Once we receive payment for your subscription, you will need to wait for an email from us with your activation credentials, which normally takes less than an hour.

What is the minimum download speed required?

Due to the above, our service requires a minimum of 20 Mbps internet connection. (per connection/device) Our service uses the latest H264 technology which offers the best compression and quality of streams. Most of our sports channels are in 60FPS(frames per second).

 

What should I do if I experience buffering?

Sometimes you may experience buffering due to insufficient bandwidth, and sometimes a bug in the system.
  1. Log out of the app
  2. If possible on your device (eg FireStick, iOS, Android TV) clear the app cache and storage.
  3. Turn off your device

 

Will the service work anywhere in the world?

Our service will work anywhere in the world with an active internet connection. We are not responsible for countries that have content restrictions.  In addition, please note that internet speeds very from one country to the next and  mobile carrier data connections can impact your viewing experience.
